The detailing, design and manufacture of the plant in the form of a stand have been carried out. The created plant provides for the stages of synthesis of ethyl esters of fatty acids based on oil and ethyl alcohol (productivity for “crude” esters up to 10 l/day), as well as their deep purification (productivity for the purification stage 1.5 l of ethyl esters per day or 5 l of fuel VE-30). Several experimental batches of fuel BE-30 with a volume of 20 l each have been produced. The obtained fuel was used to test the operation of the TOYOTA 06-8FD25F forklift at the Biotech LTD base and the YuMZ-6 tractor (D-65 engine) at the VERITAS AGRO base. No deviations from the standard operation of the engines were observed for 8 and 10 hours. A technological scheme for the production of mixed ethanol biodiesel fuel was created and a temporary technological regulation was developed for the design of an industrial plant with a capacity of 1 t/day.
