The aim of the research is to develop a biobased formopolymer with silyl end groups from renewable resources, which allows to obtain a sealant with increased moisture resistance, UV resistance and reduced toxicological risks with the replacement of a part of synthetic polymer. The research methods used were optical microscopy, shear method, peeling method, Vick's softening point method, and microbiological method. The adhesion ability of one-component prepolymer systems based on polyester with silyl end groups to steel and glass surfaces was investigated. The dependence of the adhesive properties on the structural composition of the prepolymer system was revealed. The influence of the nature and content of cardanol on the adhesive ability of the studied prepolymers was investigated. The microbiological and thermogravimetric analysis of polymer sealants was carried out. The optimal temperature conditions for the operation of the studied one-component sealants were determined.
