A marketing program for recreation consisting of a set of 4P components has been developed. The 4P model offers a structured approach to marketing activities that helps universities not only increase their competitiveness but also increase their social impact, where 1P (the first component) is the product - the training programs, research, innovations and services offered by the university. The second component of 2P is price, or pricing policy, which includes tuition fees, grants, and scholarships. Social impact is achieved by supporting low-income students. The third component of 3P (Place) is infrastructure, physical and digital accessibility of the university. Social impact is achieved by expanding access to educational services through distance learning, which promotes the integration of different segments of the population into the educational process. 4P - Promotion, which includes strategies for promoting the university through social media, conferences, and cooperation with business. Social impact is achieved by raising awareness of the university's social projects and research, which strengthens its role in society. The concept of integrating educational, recreational, and innovative technologies was developed to ensure a comprehensive approach to the rehabilitation of post-COVID patients. The basis for the implementation of the work was the innovative educational platform REHUB COVID, created based on the KNUTD. The REHUB COVID educational platform, as an innovative tool for addressing key issues related to the development of human capital in the university ecosystem, ensured physical and psychological rehabilitation, development of environmental awareness, social adaptation and professional growth of its participants.
