Objective: To improve the quality of life of women and their newborn children affected by Russian military aggression through early diagnosis and correction of neuropsychiatric disorders and development of an algorithm for their medical and social support. Research methods: indicators of the health status of pregnant women, women in labor, new mothers, neonatal and postnatal periods of children. The study conducted a psychodiagnostic study and analysis of the cause-and-effect relationships of the formation of neuropsychiatric disorders of women and their newborn children affected by the Russian military aggression, retrospectively analyzed the features of pregnancy, childbirth, and prospectively - the neonatal period of children of mothers affected by the Russian military aggression. The expediency of conducting professional medical support with correction and rehabilitation of neuropsychiatric disorders in women and their children with perinatal pathology, in particular, those affected by Russian military aggression, at the stage of cathartic observation is systematized and substantiated. The study showed that military aggression is a significant source of stress that can seriously affect the health of women and children affected by armed conflict.
