Head Kovalevska Larysa M., Кандидат біологічних наук Registration Date 16-12-2024 Organization R.E. Kavetsky Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and Radiobiology National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description1 The aim of the proposed project is to identify the mechanisms of inhibition of apoptosis and activation of mature B lymphocytes in CLL for the development of personalized therapy based on the identification of key players of the main signaling cascades, which are involved in blocking the response of B cells to external signals of the immune system of the patient's body. popup.description2  At the first stage, a collection of peripheral blood samples of 34 patients with CLL was created in cooperation with the National Cancer Institute. The clinicopathological indicators included gender, age at initial diagnosis, the number of lymphocytes in peripheral blood, the concentration of surface markers, as well as the expression level of TGFB, IL6, IL10, IL2 and TNFA. A database of clinical and pathomorphological characteristics of patients with CLL was created. An analysis of clinical and laboratory indicators of patients with CLL was carried out. Bioinformatic analysis for EBNA-2 showed at least 7 proteins - ZMYND11, CDK1, SPI1, CREBBP, RBPJ, SMARCB1, TFB1 - that bind to the promoter region of the EBNA-2 viral gene, and in protein complexes with SNW1 and RBPJ, the EBNA-2 protein affects on the transcription of LMP1, CR2, HES1, FCER2, RUNX3 and СMYC. It has been shown that LMP1 activation can occur through NFkB dimers - RELA-RELB or RELB-RELB, as well as ATFF2-c-JUN and PAX5-TFAP2 dimers. These relationships are associated with signaling cascades that regulate apoptotic and proliferative processes in the cell. Product Description popup.authors Vozniuk Liudmyla V. Kalman Serhii S.
