On the cultivated neurons of hippocampus suppression ability of the most perspective small interference RNA (DsiRNA32_01) construct was tested, and also control experiments were conducted with the SiRNA construct. Conducted experiments have shown that expression of experimental SiRNA construct in the neurons resulted in considerable reduction of the Т-current, at the same time such reduction was not observed for expressions of the control SiRNA construct.
