Dry crushed root of the medicinal soapwort was added to the diet of animals of the experimental groups during morning feeding based on the saponin content of 15, 25 and 35 g/animal/day. Blood sampling from cows for biochemical studies was carried out before the beginning of the experiment and after its completion. Blood was also taken from calves on the 3rd day, 2nd and 6th week after birth, obtained from cows of the experimental and control groups, for biochemical studies. To determine the physicochemical properties, as well as the fatty acid composition of milk fat, colostrum and milk (additionally) were taken from cows. As a result of the conducted studies of animal blood serum, it was found that regardless of the amount of the supplement fed, the biochemical parameters of the liver, kidney and lipid profile had insignificant differences in the groups of animals and between the experimental groups, but these indicators remained within the limits of the reference values. Also, no significant differences were found in the composition of colostrum (milk) and the fatty acid composition of milk fat Product Description popup.authors Pikhtirova Alina V. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-18 Close
