An important component in the treatment of neuropsychiatric pathology is the improvement of psychocorrective therapy, which improves the quality of life of the patients studied. Thanks to the study of neurogenic, psychopathological and sociogenic features of the above disorders, taking into account the state of the nervous system, a set of measures for the creation and widespread implementation of complex differentiated approaches to their diagnosis, treatment and prevention has been proposed. It has been established that the increase in the number of cerebrovascular pathology, which has been observed in recent years, occurs not only due to strokes, but also as a result of chronic disorders of cerebral circulation - chronic brain ischemia. The dependence of the electroencephalographic pattern on the severity of the pain syndrome in patients with neurological manifestations of lumbar osteochondrosis has been shown. The effectiveness of medical care for patients with comorbid mental and neurological disorders of various genesis (vascular, dysmetabolic, endocrine, with atrophic processes in the brain) has been improved by developing and implementing a system of differential diagnosis, differentiated treatment and prevention, which takes into account the clinical features of the existing neuropsychiatric pathology and the state of the nervous system.
