The influence of the H-2 haplotype on the biological properties of multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells (MMSC) in the bone marrow of intact mice, animals with a model of parkinsonism and under the conditions its exposure in vitro to melatonin was shown. The positive effect of human umbilical MMSC on behavior, the structure of hippocampal neurons, indicators of neuroinflammation and oxidative stress in parkinsonism depends on the H-2 haplotype of mice. The results can be useful in studying the influence of genetic factors on the pathogenesis of parkinsonism and justifying individualized approaches to cell therapy of this pathology.  Product Description popup.authors Dovbynchuk Taisa V.
