Data from the ASAV GNSS station (2021–2024) were analyzed, and its displacement vector was determined in the ITRF2014 system, revealing the impact of seasonal variations. The methodology for analyzing seismic and GNSS data was improved, enabling the assessment of deformations at plate boundaries and the creation of deformation maps (2000–2020). The interaction of the Earth's crust with the ionosphere was studied, identifying TEC changes caused by earthquakes and generating ionospheric disturbance maps. The methodology for determining the current rotational parameters of the plate was refined, improving result accuracy by 70%. Parameters of geodynamic processes (2002–2021) were updated, confirming the rotational nature of movements within the plate. The results align with tectonic motion models for the region and demonstrate the interconnection between geodynamics and ionospheric processes.
