The subject of research is the spatio-temporal change in the physical processes of the functioning of water management and reclamation facilities, the creation of a methodology for their geomodeling and monitoring, automated systems for designing and managing these facilities. The purpose of the research is to develop geo-information systems for modeling and monitoring the spatio-temporal assessment of the state of water management objects and processes, to develop information technologies for automated design and management of water management and reclamation facilities. Research methods: modeling (development of algorithms and use of software modules for calculation and spatial-temporal distribution of the studied phenomena); theory (study of the nature of the physical processes of the studied phenomena); hypothesis (initial conditions in the planning of experiments); analysis and synthesis, numerical and probabilistic statistical methods for assessing the accuracy of modeling; analytical methods of engineering calculations. Obtained results: a GIS prototype of the soil moisture regime was created based on the agro-hydrometeorological method of calculating daily soil moisture reserves and geodata of remote sensing of the Earth. The PipeLine software complex has been developed - a component of the APM of a specialist-designer of water management facilities.
