The main parameters of MultiPlate, SuperCor and HelCor corrugated metal structures used in transport construction are presented. The methodology for strengthening defective (damaged) critical transport infrastructure facilities as a result of hostilities is presented. Variants of using prefabricated corrugated metal structures as a result of hostilities are analyzed. It was established that such structures are expedient to use as shelters (bomb shelters) for the protection of both the civilian population and the military, hangars, command posts for troops, medical posts, storage facilities for weapons and military equipment, etc. The general provisions on the impact of explosives on the stability of roller metal are substantiated. The decisive factors affecting the strength of steel are determined: the chemical composition of the metal, the phase components of the metal structure, the macro- and microstructure of the metal. Full-scale samples of metal from rolling mills of various grades (St41, St71, 110G13L) were studied, namely: the chemical composition of the metal, mechanical characteristics of the steels, fractography of the fracture of metal samples, optical metallography of the microstructure were determined. The steel grade 5Kh2MNF (DI32) GOST 5920-2000 (DSTU 3853-2000) was determined to be suitable for operation under conditions of cyclic shock and thermal loads. Heat treatment modes were proposed to obtain crack-resistant phase structures of the metal. The technology of metal smelting by a single-slag process using up to 30% of foundry waste was developed. Drawings of the sprue system were developed, which, due to the centralization of thermal nodes, contributes to the homogeneity of the macrostructure of the cast metal.
