Results and their novelty: modernization approaches to public management of communities have been identified in the context of their social and humanitarian development during Ukraine's recovery process. For the First Time: - modernization approaches to the community management system during the recovery period in the context of their social and humanitarian development were developed and substantiated. Improved: - mechanisms of public management of social and humanitarian development of Ukrainian communities under recovery conditions. Further Developed: - approaches to the public management system of social and humanitarian development of communities during the recovery period, considering international practices and domestic experience. As a result of the research, recommendations were prepared on managing social and humanitarian development at the community level and realizing development potential under modern conditions.
