It is proven that the use of artificial intelligence allows the implementation of machine learning elements of forecasting systems using information arrays of multi-year synoptic observations, which improves the accuracy of forecasts. Based on the results of the research, universal mathematical models and algorithms for forecasting solar power generation volumes have been developed. In particular, the structure of the neural network has been built and algorithms for using the neural network to calculate the generation forecast have been created.
