Object of study – growth and development of plants, a set of economically valuable traits, and productivity of maize hybrids depending on the application of foliar microfertilizer treatments. Objective of the work – to study the impact of foliar applications of microfertilizers, plant growth regulators, and bacterial preparations on the growth, development, photosynthesis, assimilation surface, and productivity formation of modern high-yielding maize hybrids under the conditions of the Right-Bank Forest-Steppe zone. Research methods – evaluation, observation, synthesis, analysis, experiment. The study examined the effectiveness of using bacterial preparations, plant growth regulators, microfertilizers, and adjuvants in maize grain cultivation technologies, focusing on the formation of plant linear dimensions, yield structure elements, resistance to harmful organisms, and the realization of the genetic productivity potential. The timing of foliar applications during critical maize development phases was substantiated, specifically during the 5–7 leaf and 10–12 leaf stages, ensuring the highest economic efficiency and a yield increase of 10–15%. Based on the obtained results, the influence of foliar applications of microfertilizers, plant growth regulators, and bacterial preparations on productivity, a set of economically valuable traits, and maize hybrid resistance to harmful organisms was established. This allowed for the improvement of modern maize grain cultivation technologies using foliar applications during the 5–7 and 10–12 leaf stages, enabling a yield increase of 10–15%.
