A wide range of stakeholders determines the coordinated participation of several agencies, within the framework of which it is possible and necessary to develop a system of measures, means and mechanisms for the formation of an environment for centralized interaction of all participants in the transport process in a secure version, based on the principles of physical, regulatory, software, technical and cryptographic protection. The purpose of the study is to analyze the state of cybersecurity of the road transport industry of Ukraine with further assessment of the level of threats and security of information systems, as well as to develop methodological recommendations for assessing the state of cybersecurity of entities and the level of security of land transport infrastructure facilities (critical infrastructure subsector of road and urban electric transport). When organizing such a system of centralized management and centralized security, it should be borne in mind that the concept of transport infrastructure facility security is complex and combines both transport and information security measures, while considering the object targeted by security measures as a structural object with different components of different levels of organization and with different principles of operation and management.
