At the same time, based on this "digital foundation", further research will be conducted on whether and how the judiciary can use artificial intelligence applications and large-scale language models (such as ChatGPT). popup.description2 The purpose of this Project is to conduct a comparative legal study of the implementation and application of e-justice in Germany and Ukraine. A theoretical analysis of scientific publications and a doctrinal analysis of key legal acts regulating the implementation and application of e-justice in the compared countries were carried out. Based on the comparative legal analysis, similar and different aspects of legal regulation in the field of e-justice in Ukraine and Germany were identified, as well as procedures, tools and approaches to the implementation of digital technologies in the justice systems of the mentioned states were compared. Based on the legal prediction method, trends in the digitalisation of justice were analysed and conclusions were drawn regarding the necessary steps for the effective implementation of technologies in the justice system. The prepared comparative legal study of e-justice in Ukraine and Germany will contribute to a comprehensive study of the issue in academic discourse and to improving the digitalisation of justice at a practical level.
