The aim of the work was to increase the effectiveness of training in the nuclear security field by organizing and conducting training according to the developed programs using the created integrated training complex “Training System of Nuclear Security of Radioactive Materials and Related Facilities” (TS). As a result of the implementation of “Organization and conducting of training according to the developed programs” III stage of the research work, there were achieved: - training materials were adapted to a specific audience of students in accordance with the role and tasks of training customers in the state nuclear security regime; - trainings were conducted according to the adopted conditions; - feedback was established with training customers and courses’ students; - researches were carried out aimed at improving training programs and materials, taking into account the feedback of training customers and the socio-political situation in Ukraine. During the III stage of the research work, 14 complex PP courses were conducted on the base of the TS. Training program was developed for the force units of the interaction plan participants in the case of sabotage or an emergency or crisis situation at a nuclear facility using all components of the TS. 5 training courses were conducted on this topic.
