Challenges to traditional business structures from expanding the range of C2C (consumer-to-consumer) services are analysed; the classification of digital tourist services was provided and those that are gradually moving from B2C (business-to-consumer) to C2C performers were defined. The role of the state in regulating product markets with highly elastic demand during global crises, including military conflicts, was estimated. The influence of individual participants of the tourism market on the formation of a modern system of relationships between developers, providers and consumers of services in the digital environment was evaluated; the strategy of attracting hotel and other recreational infrastructure enterprises to the physical and virtual environments of providing tourist services in the terms of the post-war recovery of the national economy was suggested.
