The main aspects of the influence of the scientific and innovative system on the transformation of the university are highlighted. Features of sustainable transformation of universities in modern conditions are outlined. A thorough analysis of the domestic experience of forming innovative ecosystems as a basis for the sustainable transformation of the university was conducted. The peculiarities of the functioning of innovative ecosystems by stages of development are analyzed, as well as the role of universities at these stages is outlined.The foreign experience of the formation of innovation ecosystems was studied, within the analysis of which several types of innovation ecosystems were distinguished and their unique features were revealed (closed, open, regional and sectoral innovation ecosystems). A model of implementation of domestic and foreign experience in the practice of forming innovative ecosystems has been developed.The concept of the development of the innovation hub"InnoUni"was developed and the Regulation on the innovation hub was approved, which defines the main directions of the formation of an integrated scientific and innovative ecosystem of the university in response to challenges and changes, in particular caused by large-scale military invasion.Internal regulatory documents and scientific and methodological materials regulating the activities of the“InnoUni”innovation hub have been developed and put into effect.
