Purpose of the work – to develop scientific and practical recommendations for modeling the information system for managing the innovative development of LLC "NVP UKRGEONAFTOGAZSERVIS." Research methods – contemporary theories, concepts, hypotheses, and scientific postulates for systematically addressing the problems of forming and operating integrated systems of accounting and analytical support at all levels of managing the innovative development of an enterprise, as well as scientific achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in the fields of accounting, economic analysis, management, and modeling. The research highlights the theoretical and methodological foundations of forming an information system for managing the innovative development of an enterprise and substantiates the need to develop an accounting policy focused on innovation processes. Key elements of information support necessary for managerial decisions are identified. A methodology for reengineering the processes of accounting for revenues, expenses, and results of innovative activities is developed, which is based on the implementation of modern information technologies. A structural-logical model for informatization of accounting is constructed, contributing to the optimization of accounting processes. A methodological toolkit for assessing the innovative development of an enterprise is developed, and perspectives for enhancing its innovation potential are determined. The obtained results have been implemented in the production activities of LLC "NVP UKRGEONAFTOGAZSERVIS" and contribute to improving the efficiency of managing the innovative activities of the enterprise, ensuring competitiveness in the dynamic conditions of the modern market.
