The parameters of a complex processing technology for flux limestone are justified, incorporating crushing and partially dry and wet sorting processes. This approach enables the production of seven limestone fractions and one clay-sand raw material fraction. The work identifies the formation features of dislocation density and its variations across several magnetic separation products, including the magnetic separator drum, lower roller, upper roller, and non-magnetic product. Additionally, the parameters for positioning the quarry wall at its limit during mining operations are substantiated.
