A systematic review of scientific approaches to assessing the economic and ecological impacts of organic farming was conducted, highlighting its role in restoring degraded soils, particularly under wartime conditions. In collaboration with Lithuanian partners, Lithuania's successful experience in achieving EU agricultural policy goals was analyzed, and a survey questionnaire for certified organic operators was developed, reflecting the specifics of their activities. A monitoring of the Organic Standard certification database and a survey of Ukrainian organic enterprises were carried out, identifying the main barriers and opportunities for Ukrainian producers to enter the European market. Recommendations were prepared on production relocation, legislative harmonization, and expanding exports of value-added products, which hold strategic importance for Ukraine's economic stability. The study underscores Ukraine's role as a key supplier of organic products to the EU, highlighting the potential to strengthen international partnerships and ensure food security.
