Therefore, the development of effective approaches for the restoration and purification of these soils is extremely important. Meanwhile, the presented scientific approach offers solutions to other urgent environmental problems, such as a lack of energy sources and the disposal of green waste. The scientific novelty of the project consists in developing an innovative and effective microbial phytosorbent using a consortium of soil bacteria and their biosynthetic potential for the purification and restoration of contaminated soils. Another innovation point is focused on the optimization of the phytosorbent production method using green waste. The adhesive properties of the bacterial consortium in relation to the phytosorbent will also be studied. The purpose of the work is to develop a phytosorbent using green fallen leaves waste with metal-resistant and growth-promoting bacterial consortium as the basis of a complex biotechnological approach for the depuration and restoration of soils damaged by military actions with the simultaneous production of energy carriers. Content and main tasks of the work. The work is devoted to the development of new and effective phytomicrobial approaches for the assessment, purification, and restoration of war-damaged soils via plants-phytoremediants and bacterial biosynthetic potential, as well as the determination of the impact of pollution on the soil microbiome and physiological-biochemical plant response. The project's fundamental importance consists of studying a new microbial consortium and its adhesive traits, the biosynthetic potential of bacteria in pollutant degradation and plant growth promotion, and increasing their stress resistance: the practical significance concerns the construction of a new phytosorbent.
