Purpose of the study: To improve the effectiveness of comprehensive treatment for oncology patients who have undergone COVID-19 by improving methods of prevention and intensive therapy based on the study of metabolic and energy characteristics. Research Methods and Equipment: Clinical-instrumental, biochemical, clinical, statistical; biochemical analyzer, immunochemical hematological analyzer; spirometry complex "Spirocom," electrocardiograph Midas 6/12, automatic blood pressure measurement device MENARINI, ultrasound diagnostic apparatus CHISON i7. Theoretical and Practical Results: The effectiveness of comprehensive treatment for oncology patients who have undergone COVID-19 was evaluated. The method of intensive therapy for oncology patients who have undergone COVID-19 was improved, and preventive measures for complications during comprehensive treatment were substantiated. Novelty: An algorithm for intensive therapy in oncology patients who have undergone COVID-19 was proposed, based on the determination of the characteristics of metabolic and energy disorders. Implementation Effectiveness: Reduction of mortality by 1,2 times; risk of massive pulmonary artery thromboembolism by 4,6 times; hypoxic myocardial damage by 3,1 times; hypoxic brain damage by 1,2 times.
