The purpose of the work is to perform tasks in accordance with the priority thematic areas specified for 2024 in Section 2 of the Perspective Plan for the Development of Higher Education Institutions in the scientific direction "Military Sciences and National Security" for the period from 2021 to 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Perspective Plan), see Appendix 1 to Agreement No. BF/20-2021 dated 04.08.2021, namely: in 2024, in accordance with Section 2 of the Perspective Plan, the scientific school "Wireless Telecommunications Systems" within the framework of the priority thematic area "Intelligent video surveillance, technologies and systems for air, land and sea space control" carried out an applied research on the topic "Adaptation of software and hardware implementation of the RTK (RealTimeKinematic) satellite geodetic measurement method for precise positioning of optoelectronic stations of the air, sea and land space control system". The research methods are the mathematical and computer modeling of processes related to the use of video analytics technology in networks of optoelectronic stations used for air, sea and land space control systems, taking into account the accuracy of the OES positioning. The following results were obtained: - the concept and ways of building an infocommunication network (ICN) as part of spatially separated optoelectronic stations (OES) for air, sea and land space control, taking into account the accuracy of the OES positioning, are substantiated; - software and hardware implementation of the RTK (RealTimeKinematic) satellite geodetic measurement method for accurate positioning of the OES of the air, sea and land space control system are developed; - an optoelectronic system (ICN of spatially separated OES for air, sea and land space control) and a prototype of software for autonomou  Product Description popup.authors Tatianko Dmytro M.
