Its anti-corrosion effect is due to the synergistic interaction of the amorphous phosphate phase with calcium silicate, which ensures the formation of a corrosion-resistant film on the metal. The composite inhibitory pigment based on wollastonite and zinc monophosphate reduces the corrosion current density of carbon steel in the environment of acidic atmospheric precipitation due to the formation of a protective film containing phosphorus, zinc and calcium. The inclusion of this pigment in the composition of the alkyd coating significantly increases its corrosion resistance. A composite pigment "wollastonite/zinc orthophosphate" with a crystalline-amorphous structure was obtained by mechanochemical synthesis. Prolonged protective effect of pigment in epoxy coating on aluminum alloy was established. Optimal conditions for mechanochemical modification of zeolite with zinc have been established. The protective effect of the zeolite-zinc phosphate pigment in a corrosive environment is due to the release of phosphate ions and zinc cations, which contributes to the formation of a protective film of phosphate and zinc hydroxide on the aluminum alloy. Zeolite-calcium phosphate pigment protects carbon steel due to the formation of a protective film, which consists of iron and calcium phosphates and slows down the sub-film corrosion of the metal in the area of paintwork defects. Complex anti-corrosion pigment, synthesized by mechanochemical modification of zeolite with calcium nitrate followed by liquid-phase treatment with zinc nitrate and sodium phosphate, significantly increases the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy in chloride solution. The pigment has a prolonged protective effect in paint coatings. Product Description popup.authors Semenyna Ivan Yo. Bilyi Levko M. Heneha Bohdan Ya. Danyliak Mariia-Olena M. Datsko Bohdan M.
