It also led to the development of scientific and methodological materials for creating design solutions, as well as the proposal and experimental justification of a technical solution for the autonomous power supply system of "Energy Plus" residential buildings. A technical solution for the experimental autonomous power supply system of "Energy Plus" residential buildings has been developed. It consists of a three-phase solar power plant with a rated power of 10 kW, solar generation up to 10 kW, a storage system with a capacity of 10 kWh, multi-sensors for measuring carbon dioxide levels, temperature, and humidity, smart meters for heat and electricity consumption, smart plugs, and weather stations. These components are integrated into a unified monitoring and control system using an integration controller. The system collects real-time data on the monitored parameters, processes, visualizes, and archives the information, and provides remote user access via an interactive web interface.
