A method for developing training sessions for training operational personnel of distribution network enterprises based on the use of simulation models of control fragments is presented, which allows ensuring a comfortable response time based on an assessment of the complexity of modeling the corresponding static and dynamic modes of electric power systems. Simulation models of control fragments can be specified by formulas or data in the form of mode slices in accordance with the scenario of performing training sessions for moments of control influences. 2. A method of full-format graphic slices for displaying mode values has been developed. Unlike traditional mathematical models of mode calculation; such method employs a set of graphic components, the state of network switching components, and network mode values. When performing a training session scenario, the mode calculation is not performed. Using this method allows reducing development time, as it automates the process of entering slice data. 3. As a tool for developing training sessions for distribution network enterprise personnel, a software designer for performing switching forms, prepared in the Unity environment, is proposed. The construction set provides the following functions: - changing and creating forms of switching; - creating a navigation structure for a training session; - creating a training structure for training sessions; - automatic evaluation of training session performance; - the ability to add graphic objects created by the user; - customizing sessions for distribution network enterprise objects. Using the construction set will not require the participation of programmers in developing training sessions, this factor significantly reduces the time spent on this process.
