Litvinov, Доктор економічних наук Registration Date 27-12-2024 Organization Odessa National Economic University popup.description1 Increasing the number of successful start-ups and creating business entities based on them, activating the transfer of technologies and commercialization of knowledge by involving students and scientists of higher education institutions and all interested persons of the Odesa region in innovative activities, due to the creation of a university innovation and economic development platform popup.description2 During the reporting period, a mechanism for the PUIED and methodology for the operation of the PUIED work was developed, which will serve as a tool for commercializing the results of scientific research and developments. The formation of a model of interaction between all stakeholders of technology transfer took place thanks to the analysis of best practices of domestic and foreign academic institutions, consultations with representatives of business, authorities, and the academic community. For this purpose, visits were made to 3 foreign and 2 domestic universities, meetings were held and cooperation was agreed upon with more than 30 academic institutions and entrepreneurs. To formalize the work, the Rector's Orders were issued regarding the formation of a working group and the creation of the PUIED department at ONEU; pro forma contracts were developed that regulate cooperation between PUIED participants, which creates a legal and administrative basis for its functioning. Grant applications for the Horizon Europe and EIT HEI Initiative programs, video content and an online platform for providing IT consulting have been prepared. The necessary equipment and materials were purchased for the PUIED. The organization of 5 master classes, workshops, round tables, and 1 training course were held with the participation of more than 300 scientists, teachers, students, representatives of business and authorities, which made it possible to better understand the needs and problems of the main stakeholders and increase awareness of the possibilities of technology transfer, the formation of innovative business-models, and adaptation of development to market needs. The results of the first stage demonstrate the practical benefits of the PUIED for the economy, society, and innovative infrastructure of Ukraine thanks to the formation of a tool for transforming innovative ideas into real products and services that will have a significant impact on the country's development.
