The purpose of the study is to improve the results of treatment of patients with hiatal hernias and esophageal achalasia by improving diagnostic methods and methods of endolaparoscopic correction of anatomical-topographic and functional disorders of the physiological cardia, taking into account factors related to the consequences of military operations. Research methods are clinical, instrumental, morphological, biochemical, statistical. Equipment is an esophagogastroduodenoscope, an endoultrasonographic apparatus, an X-ray unit, a light microscope, a photoelectrocolorimeter, a spectrophotometer, a manometer, an electrocardiograph, laparoscopic equipment.
