The implementation of the proposed methods and practical recommendations will allow businesses to increase management efficiency through the use of digital tools, such as ERP systems and CRM platforms, as well as automate routine processes using artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. The introduction of digital innovations will contribute to strengthening customer orientation through personalization of services, effective communication in digital channels and analysis of big data to understand consumer needs.
