Research objective: determine the indications and optimal conditions for carrying out antiblastoma therapy in patients who have suffered from COVID-19, by individualizing the terms, treatment regimens and accompanying therapy, taking into account clinical and laboratory characteristics. Methods and apparatus: clinical-instrumental, immunological, hematological, Respons 910 biochemical photoelectric automatic analyzer, SUNRISE TECAN microplate photometer, XN-L550 automatic hematological analyzer. Theoretical and practical results use of the developed algorithms does not reduce the overall effectiveness of treatment and does not increase the frequency of grade 3 complications due to the individualization of treatment regimens and concomitant therapy. The practical result is the technology for planning antiblastoma treatment of patients with stage III-IV laryngeal cancer and the technology for assessing antitumor immunoreactivity in patients who have had COVID-19. An algorithm for antiblastoma treatment of patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck, rectal cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer and uterine corpus cancer who have had COVID-19 has been developed, which makes it possible to conduct a full course of therapy without dose reduction and shortening the duration of treatment, as well as to separate patients who need additional concomitant therapy. Novelty: algorithms for the treatment of cancer patients who have had COVID-19 have been developed, taking into account post-COVID complications, assessing the state of all body systems according to the ECOG scale and the stage of the disease. The effectiveness of implementation: technology makes it possible to maintain the clinical efficacy of antiblastoma treatment and reduce grade 3 complications in cancer patients with severe post-COVID syndrome by 20%. Field of use: oncology, medical radiology.  Product Description popup.authors Ivanenko Maryna O. Izotov Serhii V. Artamonova Neonila O. Artiukh Serhii V. Bilyi Oleksandr M. Bilozor Nataliia V.
