The subject of the study is the legal protection of objects of intellectual property rights. The purpose of the work was to provide proposals for improving the protection of rights to the results of intellectual and creative activity based on the analysis of scientific literature, current legislation of Ukraine and relevant subordinate regulatory legal acts, as well as generalization of practical experience. The methodological basis of the study is a set of methods and techniques of scientific knowledge, which are based on a systematic approach, which makes it possible to study the problems of legal protection of intellectual property. Both general scientific methods of knowledge of objective activity, based on a dialectical approach to the object of study, and special ones were used. Results obtained: analytical references; scientific reference book; patents and certificates.
