A new scientific hypothesis has been proposed for the first time: that disturbances in the mineralization processes of dental hard tissues in children with early or delayed tooth eruption represent a complex, multi-etiological pathological process requiring an integrated approach to diagnosis, prevention, and treatment. The mechanisms underlying such mineralization disturbances have been clinically investigated for the first time, taking into account the timing of tooth eruption and systemic health factors. Additionally, methods for early diagnosis as well as preventive and therapeutic measures have been proposed and refined. The application of the developed preventive-treatment complex normalizes the biochemical parameters of oral fluid, enhances its mineralizing potential, improves oral hygiene, reduces caries intensity, and decreases inflammatory processes in periodontal tissues. This comprehensive strategy provides a foundation for sustained improvements in the dental health of children with compromised mineralization processes in their dental hard tissues.
