It includes an analysis of the shapes, colors, and lines of the logos of leading companies and universities in Sumy, which demonstrate the economic and innovative potential of the region, as well as logos of leading cities in terms of investment volumes with similar levels of economic development. The methodology is based on the use of Mobile Eye Tracking and Galvanic Skin Response tools and allows to identify key elements of visual framing that contribute to forming a positive regional image and enhancingits investment appeal. The authors proposed a scientific and methodological approach to assessing the extent of manipulation in statistical reporting by the aggressor country in the context of artificially improving economic indicators. Its application allowed for the systematization of data manipulation methods that create the illusion of economic stability and invulnerability, as well as the identification of key manipulative techniques to mitigate their impact.
