The methodological apparatus of the research consists of: general scientific (synergistic approach, dialectical method of cognition, method of comparison and synthesis, system analysis) and special methods (functional, situational, factor and spatial analysis). The main results are as follows: the regularities of the structural and spatial transformation of countries and regions under the influence of economic globalization and strengthening of European integration were identified; based on the study of the European experience of overcoming regional socio-economic imbalances, the tools for stimulating (or regulating) the spatial development of the economy of the country and its regions were systematized; a methodological approach to studying the processes of spatial and structural transformation of the economy of regions was proposed; justification from the standpoint of implementing territorially oriented and security approaches to creating the National Register of State Interests was provided; scientific and practical recommendations were formed on the vertical and horizontal coordination of strategic and spatial planning documents; directions for improving the budget policy of regional development, and therefore strengthening their financial stability in conditions of excessive uncertainty, were further developed. Based on the results of the study, 56 scientific papers were published (total volume 74.85 d.a.), including: 1 monograph, 2 scientific and analytical publications; 43 articles in scientific professional publications (including 3 articles - published in English in publications included in the Scopus and Web of Science databases, 1 article - published in English abroad); 15 abstracts in the materials of international and all-Ukrainia Product Description popup.authors Ishсhuk Svitlana O.
