Recommendations have been developed for creating an employee training system in occupational safety, which includes measures to prevent workplace injuries; enhance the level of professional training of employees; improve sanitary and hygienic working conditions; and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The research findings have been implemented into the educational process at Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics in the discipline "Safety of Services in the Hospitality Industry" and the training course "Life Safety and Occupational Safety".
