The conducted study revealed the dependence of the hypomenstrual syndrome on the psycho-emotional state of the patients and the period of stay in the conditions of military operations.Signs of post-traumatic disorders were mainly shown by internally displaced patients, and according to survey data, somatized symptoms in women with post-traumatic syndrome were associated with increased premenstrual syndrome, cyclical pain and menstrual blood loss in the absence of diagnosed structural pathology of the pelvic organs.The hormonal status of the patients was characterized by stress hyperprolactinemia and decreased ovarian function, relative hypoestrogenemia and hypoprogesteronemia. The application of the developed scheme of differentiated treatment contributed to the restoration of indicators of mental and physical components of health, sleep quality, ensures the restoration of normal parameters of cyclic uterine bleeding in women under conditions of war stress.
