Registration Date 30-12-2024 Organization State Establishment «Institute of Stomatology and Maxillofacial Surgery National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine" popup.description1 Development of scientifically based organizational principles for providing dental care to military personnel under martial law, as well as improvement of methods of early diagnosis and prevention of major dental diseases in military personnel, taking into account the risk factors of martial law to prevent possible complications popup.description2 The object of the research is the influence of chronic stress and the use of individualized schemes for the prevention of dental caries and periodontal diseases on the state of the immune system, the structure of the periodontium, metabolic and immune indicators of bone tissue.  The purpose of the work is to develop individualized schemes for the prevention of caries and periodontal diseases for military personnel, taking into account the specifics of their needs and conditions of service in both wartime and peacetime. Research methods are experimental and statistical. Equipment – ​​spectrophotometer UV mini-1240 Shimadzu, ionometer ЕВ-74, electronic balance BL-220H, centrifuge RS-6, ionometer РН-150М, laboratory balance VLR-200 and electronic analytical balance ESJ-60, ultrasonic pest repeller LS-912. Scientific novelty. Experiments on rats have shown that long-term exposure to ultrasound in the audible range causes disturbances in the immune and endocrine systems, activation of the carious process, bone resorption, inflammation, increased lipid peroxidation and microbial insemination. The proposed complex of drugs effectively prevented these disorders, showing anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, immunostimulating and antimicrobial effects.Stress and periodontitis increased inflammation, resorption and bone mineralization disorders, which were successfully corrected by the complex.
