Additionally, the group demonstrated low levels of lymphocytes with micronuclei (LMN = 2.2 ± 0.2‰) and binucleated lymphocytes (BL = 1.9 ± 0.2‰), indicative of a stable genetic apparatus, the absence of exogenous stress on the immune system, and relatively favorable living conditions. A genetic study of the Siberian sturgeon population using four inter-microsatellite DNA markers (A – (CTC)6C, C – (AGC)6G, D – (ACC)6G, and E – (AGC)6C) revealed the presence of 117 amplicons. The informativeness of the selected ISSR markers was evaluated during the study (average values: Polymorphic Information Content (PIC) = 0.156, Effective Multiplex Ratio (EMR) = 29, Marker Index (MI) = 4.6, and Resolving Power (Rp) = 10.5). The mean number of alleles per locus (Na) was determined to be 2.00, while the effective number of alleles (Ne) was found to be 1.21. The report also presents findings on the genetic diversity of Siberian sturgeon from a local stock of the aquaculture enterprise LLC SRP "Osetr," using five microsatellite markers: Afug41, Afug51, LS19, LS34, and LS54. A total of 16 distinct multilocus genotypes (MLGs) were identified. The mean inbreeding coefficient was -0.057, indicating an excess of heterozygotes and a tendency toward outbreeding in the stock. These findings facilitate the monitoring of alterations in the genetic structure across generations and provide a basis for the avoidance of inbreeding within the farm's selective breeding program.
