Polyethylene glycol (PEG-400) is used as a polymer carrier. In addition, it is planned to carry out structural functionalization of drugs by adding antioxidant nanoparticles of silver, graphene oxide and cerium dioxide. In this case, one can also expect the formation of complexes, which will manifest itself in a change in optical properties, the study of which will help to obtain quantitative characteristics of the stability of the complexes and establish the physical nature of binding. The goal of the project is to create modified topical medications of a new generation, which include wound healing, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and anesthetic ingredients, polymer carriers, excipients with a defined dosage, and nanostructures, for the treatment of complex wounds after combat trauma. The main tasks are to conduct comprehensive physical and pharmacokinetic studies to establish mechanisms for enhancing the effectiveness of the effects of drugs on regeneration processes during wound healing.  Product Description popup.authors Davtian Lena L.
