Description of the X-ray diffraction process and two-stage calculation algorithms were developed on the basis of the Fresnel-Kirchhoff theory. It allows to study the evolution of the radiation distribution on the source-object distance and the object-detector distance. The form of phase contrast images for optically homogeneous and inhomogeneous, single-layer and multilayer, single-component and multi-component samples of arbitrary geometric shape was obtained and analyzed. An approach for modeling X-ray diffraction on three-dimensional samples at different angles was developed and implemented, which allows reproducing the spatial distribution of optical inhomogeneities in the research object.
