The subject of the study is the process of institutionalization of youth work, mechanisms of formation and development of the institute of youth work in Ukraine in the context of social transformations. The purpose of the research work is to study the peculiarities of institutionalization of youth work in Ukraine under martial law and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. Objectives: - to study the dynamics, mechanisms and directions of youth work in Ukraine; - to analyze the conditions of effectiveness and performance indicators of youth work at the regional and local levels; - to study volunteering as a method of implementing youth work; - to explore ways to implement a socio-legal study of volunteering in Ukraine as a method of implementing youth work; - to study the work of youth centers and youth spaces as an institutional basis for the implementation of youth work; - to explore the prospects of digitalization of youth work in the context of social transformations; - to study interagency and intersectoral interaction in the implementation of youth work; - to study the process of introducing the profession of “youth worker” in Ukraine; - to evaluate the system of training and professional development of youth workers. Results and their novelty: The scientific novelty of the research is to study the process of institutionalization of youth work in Ukraine, which is taking place in the context of social transformations, in particular martial law and post-war reconstruction of the country. The study emphasizes the role of new mechanisms, institutions, and practices that emerge in response to the challenges facing youth policy and youth organizations in contemporary Ukrainian society.
