The scientific and technical (applied) result obtained during development must be presented in the form of a scientific and technical report popup.description2  Object of research or development: formation of scientifically based organizational and methodological approaches to the creation and replenishment of a base of objects-analogs of construction objects The purpose of the work: is to develop scientifically based approaches to the creation and replenishment of a base of objects-analogs of construction objects, which will allow to improve the quality of design and construction. Possible areas of application include the design of new buildings, reconstruction of existing objects, development of regulatory documentation and training of specialists in the field of construction, as well as determining the cost of construction objects before the start of their design. A systematic review of modern scientific research in the field of architecture and construction was conducted; the results of previous scientific works were evaluated and key areas for further research were identified; the current Ukrainian legislation regulating the construction industry and the use of objects-analogs was studied; analyzed regulatory acts and standards relating to the development and use of similar objects in construction; studied the best practices of Ukrainian construction companies and scientific institutions in the field of using similar objects; studied international experience and best practices in the use of similar objects in construction; developed organizational and methodological approaches to creating and filling the base of similar objects of construction objects. The results of the development are intended for specialists in the construction sector, construction customers and other participants in the implementation of construction projects.
