The purpose of the work is to develop models and methods of ergonomics and logistics in the transport systems of major cities. Research methods – modeling of ergonomic and logistical processes in the most significant transport systems, statistical, correlational and statistical analysis of the parameters of ergonomic and logistical processes in the most significant cities. The report examines the development of projects for car parking zones, technological parameters of the transportation of passengers and passengers in the most important cities, organization of pedestrian and transport traffic, management of ergonomic and logistical processes taking into account external factors, as well as the impact of the transport systems of the most important cities on the environmental indicators of cities. The results of the analysis of the work of the customs control services of Ukraine during the organization of the movement of goods across the borders of Ukraine are given. The results of GDR can be used by logistics and transport services of enterprises, customs services and local authorities.
