The report presents the results of the final stage of research work aimed at developing legal aspects of the use of artificial intelligence in certain areas of public life. The analysis covered key issues such as copyright, personal data protection, legal regulation in the field of economic activity, judicial proceedings, and the educational process. The possibility of recognizing AI as a subject of copyright was investigated, taking into account current legal approaches that recognize only an individual as the author of a work. Particular attention is paid to the creation of works with the help of AI, which raises discussions on revising the basic principles of copyright.
