Using proteinase from the venom of the snake Gloydius halys halys and proteinase from the culture medium of Bacillus thuringiensis, fibrinogen fragments Aa414-610 and Aa505-610 were obtained in the corresponding form. Peptides capable of inhibiting platelet aggregation were proposed based on in vitro and in silico studies. It was found that with the addition of fibrinogen fragments A505-610 and A414-610 it is impossible to completely inhibit platelet aggregation, but with an increase in the concentrations of disintegrins from snake venoms and the RGD-containing peptide, complete inhibition of aggregation can be achieved. Inhibition of collagen-induced platelet aggregation was also found using the KGD-containing peptide, indicating that the region of the αC domain that harbors such a sequence may be involved in platelet interactions.  Product Description popup.authors Bilous Vasil L.
