The subject of the study is the methods and means of distributed threat detection systems, as well as their application and integration into the existing video surveillance infrastructure of the State Border Service of Ukraine. Main results. Development of algorithms for distributed threat detection systems in the video surveillance subsystem. Formulation of practical recommendations for implementing new technologies in the State Border Service of Ukraine. Determination of the effectiveness of the proposed solutions through experimental research. Theoretical significance of the study. The study's results contribute to the theory of threat detection and security management, as well as the development of new approaches to organizing video surveillance in conditions of increased security requirements at the state border. Practical significance of the work. The developed recommendations can be used to improve the existing video surveillance systems of the State Border Service of Ukraine, increasing their efficiency and reliability. Implementing the results of the work will improve the efficiency of responding to threats, reduce the risk of offenses, and increase the level of security of the state border. Scope of use. The results of this study can be used in the State Border Service of Ukraine to improve border protection systems, in security and law enforcement agencies to integrate the latest technologies into video surveillance., and in scientific institutions for further research in security and video monitoring.
