Using the synthesized hydroxylated fatty acids as an emulsifier of dispersed phases and fatty acid amino acids as an additive of lubricant compositions, samples of simple lithium greases characterized by high mechanical and antioxidant resistance were developed, improved tribological characteristics and application in a wide temperature range from -40 °C to 150 °C with a synthetic oil dispersion medium and from -20 °C to 150 °C with a petroleum oil dispersion medium and not inferior to lithium grease based on an industrial analog of 12-hydroxystearic acid. This research will help reduce imports of expensive petrochemical products, significantly improve the environment, and recycle oil and fat production waste.
